Destruction of Special Education Pupil Record
The Kerman Unified School District will be destroying the Special Education records of students with a date of birth that falls on or before December 31, 1995. Records will be destroyed on January 4, 2021. If you wish to obtain a copy of your Special Education records prior to their destruction, you may make a written request to the Pupil Personnel Services Office located at 15218 W. Whitesbridge, Kerman, CA 93630. The request for records will be processed within five (5) business days.
