    The career section provides tools to help explore career interests, learn about career opportunities, and understand what college majors are best for achieving career goals.

    California State University (CSU) Mentor
    CSU Mentor is an online resource designed to help students and their families learn about the CSU system, select a CSU campus to attend, plan to finance higher education, and apply for admission. Personal data entered by the user is not released without the user's expressed consent and direction. CSUMentor is free to use. The student will only pay the application fee charged directly by the CSU campus when an application for admission is submitted.

    California Community Colleges
    California’s system of two-year public institutions, composed of 109 colleges statewide organized into 72 districts, serves more than 2.5 million students and represents the largest system of higher education in the world.

    University of California (UC)

    Adult Education
    California’s Adult Education system serves more than two million students annually through public adult schools, community colleges, libraries, community and faith-based organizations, and correctional institutions.

    Bureau for Private and Postsecondary Vocational Education
    The Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, part of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, works to protect students attending privately operated postsecondary educational institutions.

    The College Board
    The College Board is a not-for-profit membership association whose mission is to connect students to college success and opportunity.

    This Employment Development Department site displays information about community colleges, public and private universities and colleges and trade and technical schools in California. Included with each school is information about the training programs offered, number of students completing programs and links to the web site (if available) of the school.
