Peer Mediators

The Peer Mediators Club empowers 1st–3rd grade students to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while fostering a respectful and caring school environment. Members are trained in age-appropriate conflict resolution strategies, learning how to listen actively, express themselves respectfully, and help classmates find peaceful solutions. Peer mediators serve as positive role models, promoting cooperation, empathy, and understanding among their peers. Through their efforts, they contribute to a safe, supportive school culture where every student feels heard, valued, and included.
