TK/Kinder Yoga Club
The Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten Yoga Club provides our youngest learners with a gentle introduction to mindfulness, movement, and self-regulation skills. Through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities, students develop balance, flexibility, and body awareness while learning strategies to manage emotions and focus their attention. The club fosters a calm, supportive environment where children can explore movement in a fun and playful way, build confidence, and practice kindness toward themselves and others. These early experiences help lay the foundation for lifelong wellness, emotional resilience, and a positive mindset.
